1. Person is expert. They appear only as their days of 'better '!
2. Personally, I rarely set hard SLs, classic or a worker of Scout. I do not like to give brokers a target. And I saw different brokers with different price movements (especially in 'off' hours), no doubt taking the positions of their own clients (although they all vehemently deny this).
